In Greek mythology, Daedalus was a skillful inventor, artist, and craftsman who notably built the Labyrinth for King Minos, hence the name of our debut model, the Lab. We strive to capture that essence in our designs by blending the new with the old. A fusion of the classical and the contemporary with a timeless nature. As makers, we think our combined backgrounds in the modern and traditional spaces lend perfectly to this design philosophy.

With Daedalus Knife Co., we seek to offer an excellent product at an affordable price. With today’s market being saturated with $300+ overseas manufactured knives from boutique designers, we would like to offer a product with the same premium feel at half the price.
